Located conveniently close to the tram, this hotel is easily accessible to the center of the city and the harbor. the helpful staff sell tickets to local onsens and provide travel information to guests. the substantial breakfast offers a taste of Japanese cuisine and is reasonably priced. the hotel provides comfortable beds and standard facilities such as a small refrigerator and a desk in the rooms.
Guests may find the bathroom and toilet facilities quite old-fashioned and in need of renovation.

Easy access to tram stops. Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Substantial breakfast. Nice view of Sakurajima. Close proximity to 7-11 and AEON.

Located near the tram, convenient for transportation. The breakfast was substantial and gave me enough energy for the day. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel was conveniently located near a tram stop and had a supermarket nearby. The breakfast served was reasonable and filling. Plus, the staff was quite helpful throughout my stay.
The room was cramped even for a solo traveler and had a worn-out look. The bathroom could have been more hygienic and well-kept. The cleanliness standard seemed below par for a hotel of its caliber.

The breakfast provided at the hotel was excellent with a wide range of food to choose from. , the hotel was relatively close to the public transport making it easy to access tourist destinations. there was a convenience store located nearby which was quite helpful.
The room was quite small and cramped with old and outdated furniture. The overall condition of the room was not up to the mark and it lacked cleanliness with visible signs of wear and tear.
